Through powerful and effective advocacy, the Association of Former Intelligence Officers' [AFIO] Office of Government Affairs advises on and supports federal policies that promote a sound, reasoned approach to intelligence, counterintelligence and counterterrorism national policy, and encourages the funding, staffing and support of educational programs, seminars, publications and conferences bringing together government officials, seasoned intelligence professionals, professors teaching the subject at the university level, students, and an interested, informed public, to examine national issues and proposed legislation in this field.

A searchable online database of the United States Code...the official subject matter order, compilation of Federal laws of a general and permanent nature that are currently in force.


The Federal Register

The official daily publication for Rules, Proposed Rules, and Notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as Executive Orders and other Presidential Documents. Helpful Hints provide instructions for searching the database.  Documents may be retried in ASCII "Text" format (full text, graphics omitted), Adobe Acrobat PDF format (full text with graphics), and "Summary" format (abbreviated text).
